About Us

WebMonster Networks was founded in 1994 by Bill Weinman and Lee Harrington to provide a platform for supporting readers of Bill's books and to provide continutity for his BBS community. Bill had been running BBS systems since about 1981 and has run online communities in one form or another almost continuously since then.

WebMonster Networks initially existed as a web hosting company, but Bill's passion has always been for online communities and interactive communications, so in time the hosting company was divested and Bill and Lee continue to run the email services.

Bill uses his 25+ years of experience as a computer consultant to run the technical side of the business. Lee's many years of customer service experience are put to good use running the administrative and customer relations parts of the business.
